Welcome!

Zebra Mom Handmade is a small business started by me, the mom of a 12 year old boy with hypogammaglobulinemia.  This is a primary immune system disorder that means his immune system is weak and he gets sick easily.  He requires an IV infusion of IgG, a component of human plasma, every three weeks to remain healthy and continue to grow.

My Story

I make and sell mostly crochet items for sustainable living. I have 100% cotton market bags, reusable coffee cup sleeves, reusable makeup remover pads and other items for going green.  For the baby, I have rattles, bibs and pacifier tethers. To help keep mom looking glam, even when she’s tired, I have earrings and messy bun beanies.  New items will be available in coming months. So check back often!

Most items are made to order and can be customized with the color of your choice.  Custom orders may also be available, so feel free to ask!

Most of the proceeds will go to pay medical expenses for our son, as well as to help fund ongoing research and support in the PI community through the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

Don’t forget – PLASMA DONORS SAVE LIVES!!
